Acting to combat climate change is one of the world’s most pressing challenges. Climate Friendly was founded in 2003 as a profit-for-purpose business. Our growing team is passionate about active land management, and we are focused on finding economically viable solutions to maximise our impact on climate change. We have a proven track record, having already delivered over 10 million tonnes of carbon abatement since 2015. We are expanding our team to build on our success and help achieve our purpose of reducing emissions by 100 million tonnes by 2025.

As one of Australia’s largest and most experienced carbon farming project developers, Climate Friendly helps land owners and land managers to unlock economic, social and environmental value through improved management of Australia’s land. This includes more than 100 partnerships with farmers, plantation managers, agribusiness and traditional custodians on carbon farming projects.

Do you love creating simple and compelling content that does justice to technical and complex issues and services? Are you a story-teller who can combine creativity and technology to help us achieve our purpose of 100MT of carbon abatement by 2025?

We are looking for a Content Communications Manager to join the small but highly motivated team responsible for all internal and external communications. Climate Friendly is growing rapidly and so is the opportunity to become a key part of this profit for purpose organisation. As Content Communications Manager you will be responsible for content creation across the range of digital and traditional channels. As we grow, you will help ensure that our amazing ‘friendly’ culture is supported with engaging internal communications and capability building. Looking to our external audiences, you’re video, design and digital capabilities will really help you make the most of the opportunities in this story-rich environment of science, technology, land managers and Traditional Custodians across Australia at the forefront of carbon farming.
